Z-Tech Staffing offers a variety of IT-related recruiting and staffing services: short-term staff augmentation for specific projects, out-sourced development where we manage the development team, contract-to-hire recruiting, direct-hire placement, and technical interviewing services.

Our goal is to become the most trusted technical staffing organization in the Pacific Northwest. We're going to accomplish this by exceeding your expectations whether you're a Client or a Consultant.

For example, as a Client you expect your staffing firm to perform a careful pre-screening of candidates. At Z-Tech Staffing our candidates are pre-screened by working IT professionals, not just recruiters trained in software lingo. Z-Tech's woman-owned senior management team has over 25 years of experience in IT Consulting and a wide variety of contacts in the industry. If Z-Tech Staffing doesn't have an appropriate candidate in queue, we can work with one of our many partners in the Portland and Seattle areas to find one for you.

As one of our Consultants, Z-Tech Staffing offers you two ways to work with us: either as a 1099 subcontractor, or as a W-2 employee with a full benefits package including health insurance and paid vacations. We treat our Consultants as individuals who have differing needs and expectations.  Some people would prefer to maximize their income; others prefer a more traditional employer relationship.  We offer both as options.
